Initial Intake
We begin with a comprehensive review of your medical history. Please arrive 15 minutes early to finalize digital paperwork and provide your ID and insurance details.
Clinical Consultation
You will meet directly with Dr. Sanchez for an initial evaluation where we discuss your wellness goals and any immediate health concerns.
Personalized Roadmap
Before you leave, we establish a baseline health plan and schedule any necessary diagnostics or follow-up therapies.
